Shipping Information

- US mainland packages of Angstrom Minerals TM are shipped via FedEx ground delivery

- Packages to Alaska sent via Priority Mail, and packages to Hawaii shipped FedEx 2nd Day or Priority Mail

- UPS/Federal Express 2nd Day Air are available per your request/cost

- In the event there is no one to receive/sign for the packages on the first delivery, the carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver, after which the package will be returned to Elemental Research, LLC. If returned, the packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping fees.

- Packages delivered by FedEx or any other carrier in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to your local carrier's office. Please retain the original shipping carton for the carriers examination. Following their inspection of the package, the carrier will pick up the damaged product(s), handle all details on the claim and will notify Elemental Research, LLC. Please do not return damaged packages to our office.

Ordering and Handling Information

- US orders are charged $15.00 per case and $9.50 on smaller lot boxes - this is a flat fee

- We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) at this time

- Prices are subject to change without notice

Return Information

To receive return approval, you must call within 30 days of the order date. State the product name, code, invoice number and reason for the return. Returned unopened products must be in the original container (carton and bottle) and free of markings or price stickers. If returned, the package(s) will be subject to a 20% processing fee plus any additional shipping fees.

A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
